Pratilipi
Values creation with one of India's largest storytelling platforms, as it scaled past its founding team.
03 · For organisations
Serious about conscious leadership, culture change and thriving teams. Playful about how I get there.
01 · The premise
I work with founders, HR and L&D leaders who want their culture to actually feel human, and who are willing to do more than print the values on a wall.
Rooted in applied business psychology, the frameworks I use combine experiential and play-based learning to drive real behavioural change.
02 · What I do
Leadership and communication training that works from the inside out, with play where play does the job better than slides.
Offsites, leadership circles, and the conversation a team has been avoiding — held so that everyone stays in the room.
Values creation, programme design and culture audits. Slower work, for organisations ready to mean it.
03 · Yin Yang Leadership
Much of this work I do under Yin Yang Leadership, a practice I built with Aishwarya Chidambaram, my closest friend from college.
She took the inside route, building a career within Fortune 50 companies. I took the outside one. Structure and flow. Drive and rest. Yang and yin. Most cultures struggle because they only know how to run one of them.

Facilitation inside one of the world's largest transit systems, including reskilling work with employees whose roles were changing because of AI.
Building job architecture and a hiring system rooted in their own values, rather than a generic competency framework.
Organisations I have worked with
"Your expertise in developing clear, structured recruitment standards has streamlined our hiring and ensured we attract the right talent. We now have a robust framework that aligns with our values and long-term goals."
"The implementation roadmap YinYang built for us was such a game-changer. It gave us structure but also freedom to adapt. It enabled us to take ownership and continue embedding the work even after YinYang left the system."
"YinYang stepped into different parts of our organisation with a genuinely unbiased lens and helped us see things we'd missed. It feels less like consulting and more like having a trusted thought partner who makes our work better."
05 · An invitation
Tell me where your culture actually is, not where the deck says it is. We will take it from there.
